Job Description

Trust Fundraising Executive, a great opportunity to join a National Social Welfare Charity, based in Central London.

• Hybrid Working; 2 days a week office-based, 3 days working from home.

• 30 days holiday + 8 Bank holidays per annum and other great benefits.

Do you have experience in Trust Fundraising or are you looking to transfer your fundraising and excellent writing skills into a Trust Fundraising role? Either way, this role offers a great opportunity for progression within Trust Fundraising.

As the Trust Fundraising Executive, working with the Philanthropy Manager and Trusts Team, you’ll help support the delivery and growth of the Trust & Philanthropy programme, with an emphasis on Trust Fundraising.

Keys areas of responsibility are:

• Manage and further develop a portfolio of small to mid-level Trusts including managing and building relationships, researching new funders, and writing applications.

• Provide research to identify new prospective Trusts & Foundations to further develop a pipeline of potential supporters.

• Prepare and deliver proposals in line with the funder’s requirements.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records & reports for funders.

A great role to develop your skills and experience within Trusts Fundraising, joining a truly supportive team. You will have previous experience and knowledge of:

• Working within a fundraising team, ideally with experience in trusts, corporate or major donor fundraising, or other areas of fundraising.

• Excellent written skills to create compelling applications and proposals.

• Excellent communication skills to communicate with a varied audience.

• Knowledge of CRM databases for recording and reporting fundraising activities.
