Job Description

Individual Giving Manager (Lottery and Raffle), an excellent opportunity to join a well-known National Health Charity.

Open to all UK locations. Offering Remote or Hybrid working.
Head Office is based in London, with regional offices and hubs across the country.
Salary: London £41,734 (inclusive of LW). National, £38,234 pa. 
A fantastic opportunity to join a high-achieving and collaborative Direct Giving Team, who are focused on growth and innovation across all areas of Direct Giving.  

As the Individual Giving Manager (Lottery and Raffle), reporting to the Head of Individual Giving, and managing two fundraisers, your role is key to delivering prize-led strategic plans and objectives, including retention and supporter journeys for prize donors, including telemarketing campaigns, digital fundraising, DRTV, and other strategic projects.

You will lead in areas such as;

Managing, overseeing, and optimising the prize-led strategy, delivering KPIs and budgets with a focus on net income and lifetime value.
Developing and making recommendations for improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of all processes and procedures. Scoping and implementing new innovative propositions.
Preparing, monitoring and re-forecasting the Team’s budget and annual operating
plan whilst collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
Overseeing all prize-led projects and campaigns to ensure quality and approach is consistently of a high standard.
Managing and developing line reports to deliver prize-led projects and campaigns. Supporting their planning to meet agreed objectives.
Ensuring the Prize-Led Team stays compliant.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Direct Marketing, Individual Giving, Direct Giving, Regular Giving Fundraiser, or similar marketing experience, to join a fantastic team and charity. You will have proven experience, skills, and knowledge of;

Working within Direct Marketing, Individual Giving, Direct Giving, Regular Giving with strong operational skills across a multi-channel programme, able to think strategically and make recommendations.
It will be advantageous to have knowledge of prize-led fundraising, products, and relevant techniques, though not essential.
Excellent numerical skills, able to prepare financial information, campaign analysis and manage campaign budgets.
Line management experience would be advantageous, though not essential.
Knowledge of key legislation; Fundraising Regulator Code of Practice and Gambling Commission LCCP and other laws
