Job Description

Events Fundraising Executive – Bespoke Challenges, an excellent opportunity to join a National Social Welfare Charity.

Head Office based in Central London, offering Hybrid Working; 2 days a week working in the office and 3 days working from home.  Also, 30 days holiday + 8 Bank holidays and other great benefits!

As the Events Fundraising Executive – Bespoke Challenges, working with the Events Team and Assistant Director of Events, you will deliver specific flagship events within your portfolio, such as the charities bespoke flagship walking events. You’ll project Manage these events, expanding their participation and increasing the income.

Key areas of the role:

• Manage event project plans for events in your portfolio, recruitment of participants, supporter journeys, volunteer recruitment, transportation, equipment, and marketing.  
• Nurture and build relationships with suppliers, participants, sponsors, volunteers, internal stakeholders, to create and implement creative and logistical aspects of relevant events.
• Lead, and attend meetings with project managers of other events to ensure consistency and productivity across the programme.
• Coordinate with internal staff, suppliers, volunteers, and others to establish the requirements for events, and serve as liaison to senior management throughout the planning process.
• Oversee fundraisers/supporters’ experiences from initial interest through to post-event, ensuring a high-level support throughout and improving retention.

This is a fantastic opportunity to use your fundraising events experience to manage a portfolio of bespoke fundraising events. You will have proven experience and knowledge of working within Events as part of a fundraising team. With excellent written and oral communication skill, to communicate effectively across all areas of the charity and with all supporters.
